PZZ550DG - profile cutting centre, CNC-controlled precision double mitre circular saw machine with automatic bar feeder of excellent quality, for separating profiles and solid material made of aluminium - non-ferrous metal - plastics - wood and other soft materials, feed accuracy + / - 0,05 mm - Angular accuracy + / - 0.05°, largest saw blade diameter 550 mm - cutting range 90° - 336 x 202 mm - 45° - 240 x 202 mm – 22,5° - 120 x 202 mm, saw blade speed 2.800 rpm, stepless mitre adjustment + / - 22,5°, saw blade drive power 2,2 kW.

The system can feed up to four profile bars at the same time.

Equipment: CNC control with colour screen and colour graphics - profile cross-sections can be loaded into the CNC as a DXF file - graphic representation of profile shape and cross-section, saw blade swivelling via ball screw spindle (therefore a very high repeat accuracy of changing mitre angles is guaranteed), infinitely variable saw blade feed speed, infeed roller conveyor with material feed and gripper - largest bar length 6.200 mm - discharge roller conveyor 4,000 mm, two pieces of horizontal and vertical material clamping cylinders.
